Diana and Michael Kearns were affiliated with several other real estate brokerages, including Prudential and GMAC, and were Managing Brokers at another RE/MAX office, before joining RE/MAX of Cherry Creek as Brokers and co-owners in 2011. They came to RE/MAX of Cherry Creek based on the company's focus on customer service and its Central Denver market presence.

Since its founding in 1974, RE/MAX of Cherry Creek is one of the oldest and most successful real estate companies in Denver. While other brokerages have focused on geographic expansion to grow and temper the ups and downs of the real estate market, RE/MAX of Cherry Creek has taken a different approach. Most real estate offices have a single owner and many agents and salespeople.

In 1981, RE/MAX of Cherry Creek was purchased by its Broker / Owners, and today is owned equally by a select group of its licensed brokers. This ownership structure gives RE/MAX of Cherry Creek's Broker / Owners a say in the management of the company, and a stake in its success.
