We will have a professional photographer come into your home to take both still and panoramic photos. We ensure that your home's best visual features are showin their best light. We use these photos in our marketing brochures, on websites, and in the MLS.
Website Marketing
Your home will appear on all the major real estate websites, either directly or through "syndication." In our neighborhood, BuildingStapleton.com is the leading website for resale homes, and your property will be featured. Nationally we've partnered with Realtor.com to ensure that your listing is "enhanced" with the maximum number of photos and descriptive text - and in 2008 we received an Award of Excellence for online marketing from Realtor.com.Your home listing will also appear on dozens of other leading real estate websites, including remax.com, trulia, zillow, recolorado, homesincolorado, and craigslist.
Social Media
We are active on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, and strive to ensure that your home receives maximum exposure through social media marketing.
Traditional Marketing
Yard signs are still a great way to direct buyer traffic to your home, and we will have an attractive "post-style" sign professionally installed in front of your property (subject to HOA regulations). We provide a brochure box on or near the sign to provide color flyers to prospective buyers. We hold frequent neighborhood Open Houses (according to your schedule) because your neighbors can be great salespeople!
